www.jamb.gov.ng 2020/21 Uses Explained
It has so many uses, but not all of these features were created for the candidates only.
1. Mandate of JAMB: The mission and vision of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
2. About JAMB: You are going to find information about the registrar, board and management.
3. For cbt centers: Most computer based centers will agree with me that they use this site a lot. You are going to come across:
- JAMB browser for cbt centers.
- Requirements for cbt centers.
- Network tests for JAMB cbt centers.
- Latest updates for all cbt centers.
- Cbt accreditation exercise template.
4. Accredited cbt centers: You also get access to a list of the accredited JAMB cbt centers for 2020 in a PDF file.
5. CAPS: This is the central admissions processing system. It is where you are going to see your JAMB admission status.
6. Presentations: The presentations made by the JAMB registrar.
7. News: I forgot to make this number one, you are going to get latest news about JAMB, get the JAMB bulletin, view events & gallery and also see JAMB in the media.
8. Staffs: In case you are a staff and you want to login, JAMB official site is the go-to area for you.
9. Contact: They have a subdomain that can be used to contact JAMB.
If you also scroll down you will find numbers you can call and also a link to their twitter account.
10. Regularization & Brochure: For candidates that would like to regularize their admission, this is where you are going to do it.

Things you can’t do on JAMB official website
You cannot perform the following actions on www.jamb.gov.ng currently in 2020.
- Check the departmental cut off mark for different institutions in Nigeria.
- Print your admission letter.
- Check or even print out your utme result slip.
- Do your JAMB reprinting to get exam details.
- Print out original JAMB result slip.
